Bing Dempewolf (CEO)
A trusted HR professional for over 30 years, Bing brings a mix of steadfast organization, industry expertise, and reliable partnership to her clients. With experience in both large organizations and smaller operations, she is known for flexibly adapting to the needs of any company and providing a sense of focused energy along with her trademark turnkey solutions to in-house HR demands.
From employee relations and recruiting/retention to benefits management, Bing has taken the lead on targeted HR efforts big and small throughout her career. She dives in headfirst to analyze past performance, audit current processes, and implement improvements to drive positive change over time. Recent successes include hiring 300 employees in a one-month timeframe to staff a new production line while retaining 80% of the workforce in spite of zero salary increases over three years, negotiating a 45% decrease in projected premium increase while retaining the same coverage through the implementation of a Health Reimbursement Account, and writing a team training grant that was awarded to a client for $500,000. Whether companies need help outsourcing part or all of their HR functions, Bing and her team act as true strategic partners to ensure this critical business component is optimized.
Bing received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems & Management and her MBA in Business Management from Maryville University. When she isn’t bringing smart strategies to the table as CEO of Tai-Chi Consulting, Bing enjoys spending time with her family and staying present and involved in her community.
